What I use so I’m not sore after workouts

3 things that actually help with soreness after workouts. No BS.

I get really sore after workouts. Not in a “good burn” way — more like can’t walk down stairs the next day.

I’ve tried a bunch of things. Most didn’t do much. These are the only ones I’ve stuck with because they actually help.

Nothing complicated here.

 

Creatine

This is the one that actually made a difference for soreness.
It’s not instant, but if you take it consistently, you feel it after a few days. You don’t need anything fancy just something clean that does the job.
